Crawford County Family Resource Center's office is located in Prairie du Chien, WI 53821. We are a program of our local rural hospital, Prairie du Chein Memorial Hospital. Our mission is to provide parenting education and resources to parents with children of all ages with the ultimate goal being the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
