Description
A faith based organization whose mission is to to provide services that help families cope with health care crises that place them at-risk for dysfunction and/or disintegration. PEOM provides employment services for disabled adults receiving SSI or SSDI benefits who wish to return to work and obtain full-time gainful employment; parenting education and peer support services for parents of children with developmental disabilities; HIV/AIDS rapid testing; medical case management for persons living with HIV Disease; and in-home respite care services for the caregivers of persons living with HIV Disease. These services are provided to 750 persons annually.
