The Positive Coaching Alliance is a private, non-profit organization, leading a social movement that provides all youth athletes a positive, character-building experience.
Our most important job as adults is to teach children character building life lessons. Perhaps the best way is through youth sports, where children from grade school through high school learn incomparable life lessons in leadership, handling adversity, teamwork, persistence and compassion. But millions of kids each year quit youth sports, and lose the chance to learn unique life lessons sports can teach, because too many adults bring a win-at-all-cost approach.
