Description
A mission of Portland Faith Center. Project Blessing is a private avenue that assists people moving from homelessness to housing. Project Blessing receives no federal or state funding. Project Blessing is run by volunteers that are members of PFC. We provide Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bedroom items to people that have been homeless, and that are now being placed into an apartment or living area. These people are not in the position to go out and buy a dish, pots and pans, can openers, toilet paper, towels, shampoo... We help 22 agencies in the Portland area, but we are also turning other agencies away because of our financial strain. Thanks! -Kathy
