Description
This is a homeless ministry supported by local congregations and individual. Our three goals are:
(1)Encourage volunteer involvement in the ministry
(2)Advocate for justice and equal opportunity
(3)Walk with families (street outreach, family assessment, entry-level/short-term transitional housing, transitional housing with intensive support services, permanent housing placement, and after-care case management) within Wake Family and Wake Family Entry programs.
