PLEN is unique--it is the only national organization whose sole mission is preparing women for leadership in the public arena.
Each year, PLEN engages nearly 300 women college students in public policy and politics. We connect them to women leaders at the highest levels and across the political spectrum, whether in the nonprofit or corporate sectors or government.
