The Plains Conservation Center protects over 10,000 acres of shortgrass prairie and shares its beauty and history with 15,000 visitors every year. We are dedicated to preserving prairie ecosystems, educating about its natural and cultural history and helping others develop an environmental ethic to apply in their own lives.
