About Pittsburgh Project
We develop servant leaders and uphold the dignity of vulnerable homeowners. Through a progressive series of afterschool and summer programs, we provide external building blocks -- those that give support, boundaries, and structure -- to over 300 urban young people in grades K-12 each year. We also nurture internal growth -- essential character qualities, positive attitudes, core values, and faith -- in them. Each year, our Service Camps offer short-term mission experiences for nearly 3000 young people from all over the U.S. and Canada. We also provide services to over 150 homeowners who are isolated, immobile, ill, or elderly. Services include free home repairs and visitation.
