Description
The Piney Woods School is one of only four historically African-American boarding schools left in the nation. We offer opportunities to students, grades 9-12, who wish to become extraordinary leaders for the 21st century. We have students from all over the world. Some come from the inner cities where drugs and violence hinder academic pursuits. Some come from rural poverty that can extinguish dreams. All have in common a burning desire to excel.
