Pine Habilitation and Supported Employment, Inc. (PHASE) is a private, non-profit organization that assists adults with disabilities attain and maintain employment. These workers are employed in both community and on-site programs. One such program that has recently been implemented is PHASE Recycling. This is an employment opportunity for workers on a spectrum of capabilities to be employed and an opportunity to better our world through recycling.
