PIKES PEAK PARTNERSHIP: A family of agencies working together and sharing resources to serve people with mental, physical and cognitive disabilities.
MISSION: To provide people in Southern Colorado with health issues and are seeking positive options to maintain/enhance their quality of life, access to a cost effective network of seamlessly integrated health support agency services.
Affiliate Agencies: DISABILITY SERVICES, INC. - MISSION: People with physical, emotional and cognitive challenges, who have no other resources, are able to access services leading to a more independent lifestyle at a cost which is less than the community would pay for comparable services.
MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS ALLIANCE OF SOUTHERN COLORADO - MISSION: People with MS will experience maximum quality of life with Hope, Health and Independence.
MENTAL HEALTH AMERICA OF PIKES PEAK REGION - MISSION: To help people with MH issues access needed resources and be understood/accepted by the community.
