Pig A Sus Homestead is a loving sanctuary that is home to over 75 potbelly pigs. Most of the potbelly pigs have been rescued, abandoned or given up by their owners who are unable to care for their potbelly pigs. Pig A Sus Homestead Sanctuary does not have any paid staff and has two amazing people who do everything for the potbelly pigs. Total care for one potbelly pig for one year is approximately 450.00 dollars. This includes all feed, straw, water, heat lamps, quarterly de-worming and feet trimming. Pig A Sus Homestead also provides education to the public about the ownership and care of potbelly pigs. Pig A Sus Homestead Sanctuary is a nonprofit that relies on generous donations.
