Piedmont Health Services and Sickle Cell Agency (PHSSCA) has been serving the Piedmont area of North Carolina for 40 years. We offer our clients sickle cell services, HIV education and outreach and wellness clinics/services. Our mission is to provide outreach, education, screening and case management for people with high-risk health problems.
