PICC, the Partnership for Innovative Comprehensive Care’s mission is to:

(a) inspire and implement innovative programs and systemic advances in service delivery for people with mental retardation and developmental disabilities (MRDD).
(b) operate quality state of the art programs responsive to the needs of the individuals that we serve and which integrate our customers into daily operation
(c) educate and sensitize the general public to the needs and challenges of persons with MRDD and their families and
(d) create an environment free of debilitating societal bigotry towards people with disabilities
