Description

Phoenixville Area Community Services (PACS) connects people in the Phoenixville area with community resources and emergency assistance. PACS assists people seeking help for health and human services by making referrals to connect them with appropriate benefits, services and other resources. For community residents who are hungry, PACS distributes food through the emergency food pantry (supplied largely by community donations). When funding is available, short term help is provided for other emergency basic needs - heat, utilities and housing assistance.
