Established in 1967, and active in California since 1979, Phoenix House is a non-profit health and human services agency serving adolescents and adults suffering from substance abuse and mental health disorders. With programs based in five counties, from Central Valley, to San Diego, and the main offices located in the Los Angeles area, each day Phoenix House provides vital services to over 2,500 youth and adults in need. We offer residential, outpatient, aftercare, and prevention programs reaching thousands of people every year.
