Description

Since 1980, the PNA has been dedicated to building community with a wide variety of programs and services that particularly emphasize youth development, education and arts and culture. Our mission is to build community by providing and promoting programs, services and activities aimed at connecting neighbors and fostering civic involvement in our diverse community. Located in a former elementary school, the PNA has developed an active community center that not only serves as a focus of the Phinney/Greenwood neighborhood, but offers programs and activities for the whole city. Current programs include three preschools, two before and after school enrichment programs, two soup kitchens, a senior center, a community technology center, an art gallery, a tool lending library, a community education program and countless special events that bring friends and neighbors together.
