Description
The mission of the Philadelphia community cat council is Trap Neuter Release Management- a non lethal, cost effective, humane solution to controlling and decreasing the feral cat population over time.
TRNM allows the cat to neutered, vaccinated and treated for fleas promoting a healthier environment for all.
TNRM allows communities to retain friendship of a neighborhood cat without the sad site of a malnourished set of new kittens each spring.
TNRM stops the senseless killing of alley cats in taxpayer funded shelters
TNRM cuts down if not eliminates unwanted behaviors such as yowling and spraying
