The Phi Sigma Kappa Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1947 to promote academic excellence within the Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity by providing scholarships to worthy students.

Since 1984, the Foundation's emphasis hasexpanded to include the funding of Grand Chapter educational and leadership programs.
