Description

Pets Come First, Inc. is a volunteer run, non-profit organization with a mission to improve conditions for animals at the Centre Hall branch of the PSPCA
. Established in June 2005, Pets Come First has brought about many positive changes in our short existence, such as:
-Upgraded shelter conditions
-Created a fostering program
-Supplemented veterinary care beyond PSPCA funding
-Cultivated positive relationships with animal rescues
-Provided evaluations by an animal behaviorist

Our Mission:
To ensure that the physical, medical, social-emotional needs of our local shelter animals are adequately met. We believe that all shelter animals inherently deserve to be treated with care and compassion and assured the best quality of life possible.
