Pet Partners Network, Inc. is a 501c(3) non-profit organization registered with the State of North Carolina for the purpose of finding foster/adoptive homes for Caldwell County, NC dogs and cats, implementing a companion animal-oriented community education program for all ages, and fund-raising to eventually provide a No Kill shelter.
