Description
PEP Housing is a nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing for low-income seniors and persons with disabilities. Founded in 1978 by a group of clergy and citizens concerned about the plight of seniors living in substandard conditions, PEP Housing has built 11 properties and manages 232 apartments accommodating over 245 low-income seniors and people with disabilities. PEP Housing properties are of the highest design and construction standards and incorporate innovative “green” building practices and universal design characteristics. Several additional properties in Sonoma and Marin Counties are in the pipeline for construction over the next few years.
