Description

PLAN is a DBA of Life of Faith Christian Church and is a community outreach program helping people with food, clothing, furniture, appliances and life skills education.

PLAN helps out over 1000 local families a month in Lake County Illinois. We service families living in the Round Lake Area, Grayslake, Ingleside, Lake Villa, Fox Lake, Wildwood, Fox Lake and surrounding communities.
