Description
We believe that each abandoned animal, no matter his age, appearance, or condition, has a guardian angel somewhere ready to give him a loving home; they just have to find one another. That's what Pekes and Pals Canine Rescue, Inc. is all about - finding that guardian angel for each of the homeless dogs in our care. We rescue dogs of all breeds, not just Pekes, and care for them in our homes until we can find new families for them. They are all examined by a veterinarian. They receive all their shots, are checked for heartworms and put on heartworm preventative. They are neutered or spayed before placement with a new family.
The Rescued Dogs at Pekes and Pals are housed in private homes. We are a no-kill shelter.
