Description
PeaceWork Ltd. is a non-profit 501(c)(3)organization serving children who reside in homeless and/or domestic abuse shelters in SE Pennsylvania and Delaware. PeaceWork's mission is to nourish the childrens' self-esteem and sense of well-being by providing them with art supplies and time to create freely on a weekly basis. Their art is then framed and exhibited in local venues to cultivate public awareness and appreciation of their creativity, which is returned to the children in the form of a great sense of pride and accomplishment.
