PawsWatch is a feral cat rescue organization in Rhode island, supported solely by donations and run completely by volunteers. PawsWatch practices the only humane and only effective method of feral cat population control, Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR). The volunteers instruct feral cat caretakers on how to trap the cats, assist when needed (often), and run a feral cat spay/neuter clinic. Every cent, other than what goes into printing things like brochures and purchasing traps and carriers, goes back into the cats, primarily through the clinics.
