Patron of Saint Francis Animal Rescue and Support, Inc. is a 501 c 3 charity. Our animal rescue group has a trap, neuter and release program (T,N & R) for feral cats and a rescue and rehabilitation (R & R) program for abandoned pets in Pasco County, Florida.
