Description

The mission of the Patricia Manzo Diabetes Foundation, or PaMDiF for short, is diabetes education. Through our 'First Steps' program, we bring together health care professionals & individuals with diabetes to develop 'wellness plans' that are design to assist the individual to take the first steps towards properly caring for their diabetes.
