Description
Pathways to Housing DC provides permanent housing and services to chronically homeless individuals with serious mental illnesses living on the streets of Washington, DC.
Pathways DC seeks out the most visible and vulnerable segment of DC's homeless—those people living on the streets or other public places who have psychiatric disabilities, co-occurring substance abuse disorders, or other challenges. Pathways DC offers them immediate access to apartments of their own, without requiring participation in a treatment or sobriety program.
