Description
Pathfinder Services, Inc is made up of several divisions to serve the community.
Community Supports works with those who have developmental delays and helps them to achieve: employment, housing and independence.
Kids Kampus has child care, preschool and programs for school age children. Occupational Therapy is also available for children who need it. Kids Kampus has something for all ages.
Resource Connection helps those with disabilities find jobs that suit their needs and provides income, with help along the way by training and development of the employee.
Community Connections helps first time home buyers achieve their dream and offer Homebuyer Education classes to help them succeed in home ownership.
Community Connections also offers foreclosure prevention to help those at risk of losing their home stay in their home.
Transitional Housing serves the homeless, which help them get back on their feet through low rent housing and the resources to help them thrive.
