Description
The Passaic River Coalition (PRC) is an urban watershed association that has been serving New Jersey’s water needs for 39 years. Since our founding, the PRC has faced the challenges of a watershed threatened by every conceivable environmental problem and facing serious issues of water supply, water quality, urban planning for environmental needs and open space preservation.
