Description

The Salvation Army Pasadena Tabernacle is a ministry of the Salvation Army. Our church family is committed to proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ through faith, word and deed. We like to describe ourselves as "a church that cares" - not just for our members and those who worship with us on a Sunday, but anyone in our community who has a need that we can meet.

That of course, is just what you might expect since we are part of The Salvation Army, an international Christian body for whom commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and practical service to the world around us have always one hand in hand. We never forget the down-to-earth, common sense sanctity of our Founder, William Booth, who reminded his Christian soldiers that you couldn't persuade a cold and hungry man that God loved him until you first warmed and fed him.
