Description

The mission of The Pasadena Symphony is to provide orchestral performances of the highest quality and to benefit the community through its music, outreach, and education programs. Diverse programming, musical excellence, exceptional artistic leadership and deep community support are among the hallmarks which have made it a major success among its peers. In addition to The Pasadena Symphony's annual concert series at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium, the orchestra produces an array of educational programs, including classroom concerts; mentoring programs; the admission-free Musical Circus, which introduces children to classical instruments; free or discounted tickets for students; and a low cost ticket policy for children. It also sponsors the Pasadena Youth Symphony Orchestra.
