Partnership with Children, Inc. is a New York City based non-profit organization that provides early intervention, preventive services and counseling to New York City's children and youth. Our teams of professional social workers integrate themselves into school communities and provide comprehensive support to more than 7,000 children and youth, their families and their schools.
Partnership with Children, Inc.’s mission is to strengthen the emotional, social and cognitive skills of at-risk children so that they can succeed in school, in society and in their lives. Founded in 1908 as Big Sisters, Inc. to mentor low-income, troubled girls who were court referred, Partnership with Children has evolved to provide a full array of critical services to inner city children who face daunting problems in their lives outside of school. Our goal is to reduce the achievement gap for children at multiple risks for academic failure.
