Partnership for Children of Cumberland County


The Partnership for Children of Cumberland County is the nonprofit organization charged with implementing North Carolina's Smart Start and More-at-Four school-readiness programs for children from birth through age five. This organization has a successful record of improving the quality of child care, parenting resources, access to health care, and other support systems for Cumberland County's children. We are mandated by North Carolina to attract at least ten percent of our annual budget from private sources and grants. The Partnership for Children is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and your contributions are tax-deductible.
