One to One Mentoring and Art Partners Mentoring. The Partners One to One Art Partners is an exciting program that promotes the use of the arts to channel energy into positive behavior in young people. Art programs provide stepping stones for healthy development. Art can change attitudes, build self-esteem and redirect paths in a positive direction.mentoring program promotes positive change in youth through one-to-one mentoring relationships with adult volunteers.
