Description
Partners for Homeownership is a nonprofit organization that develops or rehabilitates new or existing housing for sale to hard working area families with annual incomes between $25,000 and $40,000. Partners for Homeownership has a sales and outreach component that works directly with potential homebuyers and partners with groups to provide mortgages, subsidies to reduce the first mortgage, and homebuyer education adn counseling.
