Parents of Welby Way, Inc. (aka POWW) is a Non-Profit 501(c)3 parent booster for Welby Way Elementary. Welby Way Elementary is a National Blue Ribbon School and a California Distinguished School. Although we have a home and magnet school on campus, we mold together and act as one school. ALL of monies raised from our fundraising goes directly back to the school, Welby Way Elementary, to fund the programs that POWW sponsors. For example, Physical Education, Computer Lab, Music, Librarian and so much more! All of us Welby Way believe that each child deserves the best education that can be given to them. We strive to be a community - a family environment - and we teach the children to "Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe" every day.
