Description

Panhandle Equine Rescue, Inc. investigates reports of equines in trouble, investigate reports, verify the problem, educate owners in hopes they take responsibility for their horses and follow up to make sure the owner is following our recommendations. If we take a horse, it becomes our responsibility for its lifetime, which involves a tremendous amount of time, work, and money.
