Vision: The Pan-African Community Association (PACA) envisions African immigrants and refugees making smooth Milwaukee (WI) metro area to make a smooth adjsutment into the American society, enjoying the rights and fulfilling their obligations as intergral and productive and contributing members of their community.
Mission: PACA brings together all people of African descent to preserve and enrich African cultural values through education, empowerment, and dialogue; servivng the needs of the greater Milwaukee community.
