Description

Palms for Life Fund is a dynamic not-for-profit corporation (501(c)(3)) whose goal is to support initiatives that break the cycle of poverty by addressing its root causes. We are particularly committed to education, especially girls education, and adult literacy. Palms was created by a group of professionals who have many years of experience working in the field of development in poor countries and want to dedicate their lives to ending poverty. Our small staff makes use of our worldwide network of organizations and people involved in reducing poverty and receives support from a multinational group of friends, supporters, and families. Palms establishes alliances with organizations that work directly with poor communities in Africa, Asia and Latin America to achieve social, economic and environmentally sustainable development. Palms raises funds on behalf of those organizations to support projects which have already proven to be effective in improving the participants’ quality of life.
