A Non-Profit Foundation (301 (c) 3 Org. Raising Funds to build a state of the art, Arts and Entertainment center for the Visual,performing and literary arts in Palm Coast Florida.It will contain a TDA priciple theater, 2 art galleries, dance studio, rehearsal studio, work shops,sculpture gardens, banquet facilitiles,and a roof top Jazz cafe.
