The Palm Beach County Cultural Council is a multi-faceted cultural organization with top priorities that include marketing the county for cultural tourism, advocating for cultural funding, supporting arts education and providing grants to cultural organizations and artists. For more than 25 years, it has taken a leadership role in nurturing, promoting and celebrating the arts and cultural community in one of Florida’s largest and most diverse counties. The Council has been innovative and influential in creating funding mechanisms for cultural organizations and artists in the county. From the beginning, the Cultural Council has committed its energies and resources to supporting the establishment of new cultural institutions, enhancing existing organizations and encouraging opportunities for individual artists. It regularly assists small, grassroots organizations through grant programs, technical support and capacity-building initiatives.
