Description

The Pacific Locomotive Association, Inc. operates the Niles Canyon Railway in Sunol and Fremont as a living history museum interpreting the importance of our heritage railroads in the development of California and the nation. Almost all of Pacific Locomotive Association's funding comes from individual contributions, and all of PLA's restoration, operation and maintenance activities are done by Association members on a voluntary basis. Pacific Locomotive Association have no paid staff.
