Description
Ozarks Literacy Council was founded 39 years ago with the idea of one-on-one tutoring to help adults learners write, improve math skills, and prepare for the GED. Volunteers trained in Laubach methods tutor adult learners weekly at mutually convenienct sites and times. We have expanded our services to include children's programs. All services are free. In 2007 we served over 9,000; 8,700 of those served were children.
