Description

OMBR is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) approved volunteer organization. We rescue basset hounds as strays, in shelters and relinquished, doctor them, foster them and find them good forever homes.

We are strictly volunteer. All donations and funds go to the dogs and that mostly to vet bills. We cover Western Arkansas and Oklahoma from OKC East.
