The word “charity” doesn’t accurately describe Outreach International. Most charities give to the needy. And when the needy need more, they give more.
In contrast, we strive to become unnecessary. To us, helping the needy means helping them learn to solve their own problems. That’s why we’re not another handout. We’re a force for sustainable good.
We help the poor help themselves. Our purpose is to help people overcome the effects of poverty and develop the capacity to create a new future for themselves and their community. We provide responsible ways for people with charitable hearts to help the poor to a better life. We envision a world without poverty.
