Outcomes Hope, Inc. is a 5013c - non-profit, community/family preservation, building and assessment organization committed to promoting the viability of indigenous leadership within the context of the community being served. This is accomplished through the implementation and adaptation of the Mind-Sweep Engagement Model, Higher Outcomes Mentors Engaging Youth Strategies (Homeys)Residential Services for Alternatively Engaged Youth (K.B.S.S.), Foundation of Comprehensive Unity Systems (F.O.C.U.S.); Outcomes Assessment and Support of Innovative Systems (O.A.S.I.S.) and The Dread Sea Scrolls (DS2).
