Over fifty years ago our school was founded by Religious Sisters, the Daughters of Mary and Joseph, who are high quality educators
of children and who welcome poor students whose parents cannot afford our
tuition. The Sisters provide a spiritual education and moral frame of
reference for our students, which is so needed in today's world.I am contacting you on behalf of Our Lady of the Rosary School.
We are a fully accredited K-8 Roman Catholic grade school with 270
students. Ninety five percent of our students are from minority groups. Our locality is influenced by gangs, crime and low incomes. However, most of our students have a great love for learning. Although we have many and varied annual fund raisers, we are experiencing serious financial difficulties.
