OFBC has been serving in diverse communities since 1998 and was installed in 2007 as a non profit organization that provides direct assistance to displaced children and adults and resource for emancipated youth providing clothes and food and supplies. OFB, networks with homeless shelters and food distribution centers. OFB deliver workshops, and other programs that focus on relevant career management topics, industry, and function specific issues. OFB is a volunteer based organization that believes in helping others help themselves.
